Is it legal for the residential property to set the parking lot at a distance from my window?

This is really hard. As for the law, there is really no clear explanation. That's a public area. It's legal to set up a parking lot. But you can discuss it with the property and see if you can adjust it. Or cooperate with other owners to find industry committees and neighborhood committees to coordinate.
