How do owners defend their rights?

Owners can protect their rights in the following ways:

1. Go to the property department or community of the property or housing authority to check whether there is an owners' committee;

2. If there is an owners' committee, interview the owners' committee and supervise the property;

3. If there is no owners' committee, the owners can be mobilized to set up the owners' committee;

4. Contact the owner to negotiate and communicate with the property, and urge the property to improve.

Clear responsibility is the premise of owners' rights protection, and owners must know the object of rights protection before rights protection. Some often have conflicts with property companies because of problems left by developers, failure to apply for real estate licenses, personal property damage and other reasons. These are not the contents agreed in the property service contract and do not belong to the responsibility of the property company. Property companies are required to provide clear service contents, and the service standards reached by each service content should be quantified.
