Top floor leakage problem

There are two issues to note:

(1) The roof of the building belongs to the public part of the building and belongs to the owner of the whole building. No owner can possess it privately. For its illegal occupation of public * * * parts, you can contact the property management unit or directly report to the administrative department of housing construction in your district (Project Construction Committee) and be responsible for recovery.

(2) The roof belongs to the public part and is damaged. In the case of man-made damage, the property should apply for the use of public special maintenance funds for housing maintenance. If it is caused by the damage of the neighbor's occupation, the neighbor should bear the maintenance responsibility.

No matter what kind of problems mentioned above, you can directly report feedback and complaints to the property or the district/county construction Committee.
