The notice also clarified the subsidy policy for skilled personnel training in the fields of housing and urban and rural construction. For qualified skilled personnel who participate in pre-job, post-transfer, on-the-job and post promotion training and obtain certificates, vocational training subsidies will be given in accordance with the regulations. In principle, each person can enjoy it no more than 3 times a year (the same occupation and the same level cannot be enjoyed repeatedly within one year); Employees who participate in the training of new apprentices in enterprises shall be given a vocational training subsidy of not less than 4,000 yuan per person per year; Enterprises to carry out training or training institutions to carry out project-based training can first allocate subsidy funds not higher than 50% of the total training subsidies, and the required funds will be given priority from the special account funds for vocational skills upgrading.
