Who wants to rent a house in Hangzhou No.4 Middle School, Xiasha Jinsha Academy or Xiasha Shi Lang International?

Security: The security of Shi Lang International Airport is relatively good. Security personnel are not allowed to enter without a key card. Security guards often patrol the community regularly, while Jinsha University has free access and complicated personnel.

Environment: Shi Lang International is close to Haitian City and Dolan Beach, and there are more and more shops and restaurants in Qianjie. Jinsha Academy is not very close to other communities, but adjacent to Zhejiang Industry and Commerce, and the business life nearby is not very heavy.

Cost: Because Shi Lang International is located in the middle and high-end residential area, and all of them are jumping floors, the rent is relatively expensive, 2500~4000/ month, while Jinsha is relatively cheap, 2000~3000/ month.

If it is necessary for safety and the rent is affordable, then we can consider Shi Lang. My friend also lives in Shi Lang after marriage, mainly because of safety, and there will be no miscellaneous people coming in and out.

If the economy is not very affluent, then Jinsha can also be considered, and some of my colleagues also rent there.
