What accounts does the property need to disclose to the owners?

The accounts that the property needs to disclose to the owner are as follows:

1. The property management company announces the income and expenditure of property service fees, the use of public income, detailed accounts and all relevant original financial vouchers during the service period to the owners' committee, all owners and audit units within the community;

2. The property management company announces the use of special maintenance funds to all owners' committees and owners. The owner's right to know is the owner's right to know about matters related to the owner's * * * right and * * * management right in the building division and the owner's right to know and supervise the use of the property in the same place, the same facility and related sites.

The owner's total area includes: elevator shaft, pipe shaft, stairwell, garbage chute, power distribution room, equipment room, public hall and aisle, guard room on duty and other building areas serving the whole building, and half of the horizontal projection area of partition wall and external wall between public building spaces in the suite.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Regulations on Property Management.

The owner of the house is the owner.

Owners enjoy the following rights in property management activities:

(a) in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract, accept the services provided by the realty service enterprise;

(two) proposed to convene a meeting of the owners' congress, and put forward suggestions on matters related to property management;

(three) put forward suggestions on formulating and amending the management statute and the rules of procedure of the owners' congress;

(four) to participate in the owners' meeting and exercise the right to vote;

(five) to elect members of the owners' committee and enjoy the right to be elected;

(six) to supervise the work of the owners' committee;

(seven) to supervise the realty service enterprise to perform the realty service contract;

(eight) the right to know and supervise the use of * * * parts of the property, * * facilities and equipment and related sites;

(nine) to supervise the management and use of special maintenance funds for * * * parts of the property and * * * facilities and equipment;

(ten) other rights stipulated by laws and regulations.
