My second uncle works as a security guard in a community. He told me that their work there was easy. The night shift never has to run back and forth, and everyone sleeps in the duty room. I noticed that the security guards in general communities are older. Because the salary of security guards here is only 1 120 yuan, younger people are unwilling to be security guards. Moreover, the property is not willing to pay a high salary to recruit security guards, and can only choose older people as security guards.

I saw a job as a security guard. It says that the salary over 40 years old is 1.200 yuan, and the salary under 40 years old is 1.400 yuan. But there are still no young people willing to be security guards. Because everyone thinks that the salary is low and there is no future.

When people get older, their reaction speed will slow down. Even physical fitness will deteriorate, and it is difficult to stay up late.

Even according to national regulations, they have reached retirement age and should be able to support themselves. I don't think they should bear the responsibility of protecting the owners. ?
