History of Pingzhou Hospital in Nanhai District, Foshan City

1June, 958, the "Upstream People's Commune Health Center" was established.

1959 Newly-built out-patient department.

196 1 year, inpatient and delivery rooms were built, with 40 ordinary beds and 10 obstetric beds.

1988, the outpatient department of the health center was newly expanded.

199 1 year, passed the grading evaluation of the Ministry of Health and was rated as a third-class first-class hospital.

1September, 1992, Nanhai withdrew from the county to build the city, and Pingzhou Health Center was renamed as "Pingzhou Hospital".

From July 1993, it was officially placed under the management of the town government.
