Through communication with the project owner, wanda plaza Kaiyuan Project in Luoyang is currently in the process of clearing the table, and the planning and design scheme has been submitted to the superior for approval. The project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2024.

Kaiyuan wanda plaza is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Kaiyuan Avenue and Xinyi Street in Luolong District. The project covers a total area of 43.36 mu, with a total construction area of about/kloc-0.3 million cubic meters and a total investment of about/kloc-0.50 billion yuan.
