Focusing on the goal of building a big Guangfu, an ecological Guangfu, a charming Guangfu and a beautiful satellite city in Handan, the overall development plan of Guangfu tourist area is planned and formulated with the "Guangfu Ancient City Protection and Renovation Development Plan" as the general outline.

Comprehensive development of 2 1.5 square kilometers of Yongnian depression, high-standard planning and development, and gradually restore the wetland scenery. With the ancient city wall as the center, the lake is completely excavated within 500-800 meters outside the moat, forming an endless and rippling water surface, with reeds, lotus flowers and calamus surrounding the ancient city wall. Develop an island in the middle of the lake between the lake and the levee, plant trees widely, and build a leisure and holiday villa group surrounded by clear water and green trees. All the excavated earthwork was transported to the levee around Yongnianwa, paving a road with a width of 100 meters, forming the outer ring of Guangfu ancient city. Residential areas will be built outside the outer ring to absorb the residents of the depression.

Start the renovation project of urban antique buildings. Prepare the antique renovation plan of ancient city buildings with high standards, comprehensively implement the antique facade renovation of four main streets in the city, and create a block with antique, rich culture and outstanding ancient charm in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In 20 13, it is planned to complete the urban reconstruction planning, start the antique renovation of the building facades on both sides of East Street from Dongmen, one of the four major streets, and complete the renovation of the ancient pawnshop, Wu Jia Courtyard, Tongjia Courtyard and Wu Yuxiang's former residence.

Create a five-ring sightseeing belt in one city. Transform and widen the ring road, install antique street lamps, and form a sightseeing belt around the city; Dredge the moat, implement the slope protection project, put in antique cruise ships, and form a sightseeing belt in the moat; Accelerate the construction of the inner wall park of the moat, lay cobblestone sightseeing lanes and form a flower corridor around the city; Repair 9 towers and set up landscape lights around the city to form a sightseeing belt around the city wall; Transform the inner side of the city wall, lay all the bluestone slabs, transform the surrounding environment of the "four seas" and form a sightseeing belt around the city with the inner side of the road.

Start the "three zones" function matching. Focus on accelerating the docking with the main city of Handan, and further clarify the positioning of the "three districts" of tourist area, industrial area in the north of the city and commercial and residential area in the south of the city.

Building four major landscape areas. First, the Dongcheng tourist scenic spot, focusing on the construction of three scenic spots and the development of the Black Dragon Pool scenic spot, with a planned area of 500 mu. Excavate 300 mu of lake surface and build a lake island. Restore Notre Dame, Yixian Pavilion, Jiulongbi and other buildings along the lake, and build roads, tourist service centers and other supporting facilities; Demolition of houses around Hongjiqiao Park, expansion of the park area, supporting the construction of parking lots, museums and other facilities, forming a closed park centered on Hongjiqiao; Qinghui Academy, covering an area of 100 mu, will be built, and the architectural communities such as Lotus Pavilion, Xiangyuantang, Tang Zhengyi, Lotus Pavilion, Spring and Autumn Pavilion and Bamboo Floor will be restored, and more than 30,000 square meters of lotus ponds will be excavated around the Academy to reproduce the beautiful scenery of that year. The second is the tourist attractions in the southwest of the city. It is planned to invest 654.38+0.3 billion yuan to implement the Taiji Ecological Manor project covering an area of about 900 mu, including the square area, the Mausoleum Scenic Area, the leisure ecological park and the commercial area. The third is the tourist attractions in the southeast of the city. Implement the demolition project of the factory building on the north side of reed marshes, comprehensively improve the surrounding environment of reed marshes and lotus gardens, dredge navigation channels, build a moat, reed marshes and water sightseeing lines of lotus gardens, and form a tourist attraction in the southeast of the city together with the 10,000-mu fishing center. The fourth is Xicheng tourist scenic spot. Start the reconstruction project of Guangfu West Street and Xiguan, relocate the factory building, dig up all the lakes outside the moat and build an island in the middle of the lake. At the same time, it will also renovate the "Northwest Sea" environment, repair Tibetan soldier caves, Hall of Supreme Harmony, Chenghuang Temple and other scenic spots, and transform shops along the street to form a tourist scenic spot in the West City.

Wu Yuxiang, the founder of Wu's Tai Ji Chuan, believes in such a truth in life-"First-class loyal minister and dutiful son, second, studying and ploughing".
