The difference between district central heating and municipal central heating: district central heating refers to the heating of regional boiler rooms, and the heating range is generally small. Municipal central heating is provided by large boilers or cogeneration, and the heating range is generally over several million square meters.

Central heating refers to a form of centralized collective heating. Generally, it is charged per square meter (construction area) in a heating season. For the northern region, the weather is cold and it takes a long time to heat, so central heating should be used to save money.

In terms of energy utilization, central heating has a large one-time investment and high operating cost. Whether it is needed or not, heating is always provided all day, and the temperature is uneven because of different floors. If the heating is too hot, residents have to open the windows to cool down, which wastes valuable energy.

There is a power pump in the central heating system, and even a small heating system has an axial pump to drive circulating water. In the family's' floor heating', it is generally circulated by gravity. The inlet of the radiator is higher than the outlet of the heater, so the heated hot water' rises' into the radiator. After heat exchange, the circulating water in the radiator becomes cold and heavy, and flows back to the heating furnace.
