The Decision of Qingdao Municipal People's Government on Abolishing 35 government regulations, such as some provisions on patent management in Qingdao, was deliberated and adopted at the 33rd executive meeting of the Municipal People's Government on June 27, 2007. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Cleaning up Administrative Regulations (Guo Ban Fa [2007]12) and the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the municipal government has comprehensively cleaned up the existing government regulations. After cleaning up, the municipal government decided to abolish 35 government regulations such as "Several Provisions on Patent Management in Qingdao".
