Where is the meander?

Hequ County, Shanxi Province belongs to Xinzhou City and has a special geographical position. It is the junction of Shanxi Province, Shaanxi Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Although Hequ is under the jurisdiction of Xinzhou, it is actually closer to Shuozhou, with a distance of 100 km, while it is more than 200 km away from Xinzhou.
