Yingkou TV University has an independent domain name website, a campus network system with gigabit optical fiber and 30M bandwidth, a satellite data broadcasting, data program receiving, transmission and control system, a digital TV teaching program and audio-visual teaching material production system, and a two-way video conference system. By the end of June 2002, there were 1 16 online multimedia classrooms, 4 digital multimedia language laboratories and 2 digital multifunctional reading rooms in China.
