Note: For the bid section 202 1 municipal (first batch) 15 of the renovation project of the old residential area in Liangxi District, the quotation supplier can quote for all 15, but only the bid section 1 can be won at most, and the first bid section after bid evaluation is the transaction supplier. When multiple blocks rank first after review, the blocks shall be determined according to the transaction priority promised by the quotation supplier in the response document. If the first supplier of a bid section has ended other bids, the bid section will be ended by the supplier who quoted the second price, and so on.

Legal basis: Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), a supplier participating in government procurement activities shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having the ability to bear civil liability independently;

(2) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

(3) Having the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract;

(4) Having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;

(five) in the three years before participating in government procurement activities, there is no major illegal record in business activities;

(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

The purchaser may specify the specific conditions of the supplier according to the special requirements of the procurement project, but shall not discriminate or exclude the supplier with unreasonable conditions.
