What is the standard of Wuhan facade health fee?

I just went to the urban management and environmental sanitation department for consultation two days ago. As we do monopoly, it is divided into business and service industries, belonging to shopping malls, supermarkets, warehouses, business stores and so on. And the fees are progressive: if the business area is less than 200 square meters, 4 yuan per square meter per month; 200 square meters to 1000 square meters, 3 yuan per square meter per month. For example, if your storefront is 300 square meters, it is 200 * 4+100 * 3 =1100 yuan.
