I came to work in the architectural design institute of * * and passed the probation period of @ months, so I was fortunate to be an employee of the group. Looking back on my work in the past few months, with the support and help of the company leaders and colleagues, I have been strict with myself and completed my work well according to the company's requirements. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders and colleagues of the company for giving me an opportunity to show myself. Through this period of work and study, my professional skills and ideas have changed a lot. The work of these months is summarized as follows:

First, understanding and learning in the internship stage.

For newly graduated college students, engaging in design work is both an opportunity and a challenge. I am fortunate to be a member of the architectural design institute of * Group. A few months ago, I adapted to the working environment as soon as possible and integrated into the design institute. With the care, support and help of leaders and colleagues, I will seriously study the knowledge of steel structure design, constantly improve my professional level and accumulate experience. During this period, I mainly studied the Technical Specification for Steel Structure of Light-duty Houses with Portal Frames, the Manual for Steel Structure Design, the Code for Architectural Design and the Code for Structural Design. In particular, the concept of steel structure design has risen from a preliminary understanding to a higher level. In recent months, I have learned to improve the engineering quantity, quote the engineering quantity and design the gantry. By doing these works, I gradually improved my understanding of the design of light steel structure houses, and the connection and design of various components were more comprehensive, economical and reasonable. During this period, I exercised my patience by handling qualification upgrading documents and sorting out simple materials, and realized the importance of being serious, responsible and careful in doing any work, handling the relationship between colleagues and contacting all departments of the group.

Through continuous study and practice, using the theoretical knowledge learned, I gradually improve my professional skills, understand the core of design work, and actively respond to and advocate the corporate reputation spirit of "one heart, one strength" in line with the corporate slogan of * Group, so as to make more contributions to the development of design institutes.

Two, strengthen their own learning, improve the level of professional knowledge

Through the internship in recent months, I realize that my knowledge, ability and experience are still lacking, and I can't take it lightly in my work and study. I should devote more time to study, learn from books, learn from leaders around me, learn from colleagues and feel that I have made progress. Through continuous study and accumulation, I have gained some design experience, can treat all tasks with a correct attitude, love my work and try to implement it in practical work. Actively improve their professional quality, strive for the initiative in work, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and strive to improve work efficiency and quality.

Three. Existing problems and future efforts

Over the past few months, I have been able to devote myself to my work, and I am not afraid of hardship. I have made some achievements, but there are also some problems and shortcomings, mainly in the following aspects:

First, I have just entered the society and started to work, and I have insufficient experience, especially the design work is hard work. I want to study and practice in my work, think more, look at the drawings carefully, understand and understand, and be familiar with the design specifications;

Second, sometimes work is lazy and not serious enough, and work efficiency needs to be improved;

Third, my theoretical level, professional knowledge and work experience are still lacking, so I should study and practice harder.

In my future work and study, I am determined to seriously improve my professional knowledge and strengthen my sense of responsibility, and contribute to the rapid development of design institutes and the leap-forward development of the company's economy. I think I should try to do:

First, strengthen study and broaden knowledge. Study hard on professional knowledge and related experience, and consult experienced people such as leaders and colleagues. Strengthen the understanding of the development context and trend of steel structure design, strengthen the understanding and study of the surrounding environment and the development of the same industry, and know your own advantages and disadvantages;

Second, in line with the principle of seeking truth from facts, actively do your own job without delay;

Third, abide by the company's internal rules and regulations, safeguard the company's interests, actively create higher value for the company, and strive to achieve greater work results.
