What if the rented parking space is sold by the property?

Legal analysis: before the lease term expires, the property management company can only discuss changing parking spaces with you, otherwise they may unilaterally breach the contract and go to court for prosecution. If the lease expires, you can dispose of the property at will.

Legal basis: The ownership of the parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars in Article 275 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
