1, the relationship between intelligent building and intelligent building system

Strictly speaking, intelligent building is a kind of architecture. Because it is equipped with intelligent building system, it can provide a safe, efficient, comfortable, convenient and fast comprehensive service environment with reasonable investment, so it is called intelligent building. Building intelligent system is a complete service and management system installed in intelligent buildings, which is composed of multiple subsystems and realized by modern technology.

But in many cases, the concepts of "intelligent building" and "intelligent building system" are not so strictly distinguished. "Intelligent Building" is often used instead of "Intelligent Building System".

2. Building automation system and intelligent building system

The original national standard "Design Standard of Intelligent Building" (GB/T503 14-2000) defined intelligent building as "building as a platform, building automation equipment BA, office automation OA and communication network system CA, integrating structure, system, service and management and their optimized combination to provide people with a safe, efficient, comfortable and convenient building environment".

Building intelligence consists of three systems: building automation system (BAS), office automation system (OAS) and communication automation system (CAS).

Building automation system is one of the main components of intelligent building. Building automation system, also known as building automation system (BAS), is an indispensable part of intelligent building. Its task is to monitor and control the energy use, environment, traffic and safety facilities in buildings, so as to provide a safe, reliable, energy-saving and comfortable working or living environment.

3. Simply put, the building intelligent system is similar to the monitor of a class, and the building automation system is similar to the learning committee. When collecting homework, the study Committee should do it first, and then the teacher (user or operator) can control the study Committee through the monitor to achieve the purpose of collecting homework. An inappropriate metaphor is roughly a similar feeling.
