Staffing standards for five-star hotels

The configuration criteria are as follows:

1. If the property management area is less than 50,000 square meters, each property manager is responsible for the guardianship area ranging from 2,500 to 3,000 square meters.

2. For the property management area of 50,000 to 6,543,800 square meters, each property manager is responsible for the guardianship area ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square meters.

3. For the case that the property management area is between 6,543,800 and 300,000 square meters, each property manager is responsible for the guardianship area ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 square meters.
