5. The centralized charging area of electric vehicles shall be equipped with special charging devices and special distribution boxes. The charging device should have the functions of timing power failure, overload protection, short circuit protection and leakage protection.
6. Property management units (or units undertaking corresponding functions) shall immediately focus on cleaning up illegal situations such as parking, misplacing electric vehicles, and connecting wires privately in the no-stop areas occupied by residential quarters and units; It is necessary to centrally set the charging area of electric vehicles according to local conditions; It is necessary to post signs of no parking of electric vehicles in a prominent position in the no-parking area, conduct regular inspections and inspections, and promptly discourage and stop illegal parking charges. For those who do not listen to dissuasion or refuse to cooperate with the clean-up work, the property management unit should report to the local public security organ at the first time, and the public security organ will severely investigate and deal with it according to the law.

Individuals who commit any of the acts listed in the second, third, fourth and fifth items of the preceding paragraph shall be given a warning or imposed a fine of not more than 500 yuan. Anyone who commits any of the acts in Item 3, Item 4, Item 5 and Item 6 of the first paragraph of this article and refuses to correct it after being ordered to do so shall be enforced, and the expenses required shall be borne by the violator.
Article 64 Whoever, in violation of the provisions of this Law, commits one of the following acts, which does not constitute a crime, shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days and may also be fined not more than 500 yuan; If the circumstances are minor, a warning or a fine of 500 yuan shall be imposed:
(a) instigating or forcing others to violate fire safety regulations and take risks;
(2) Fire caused by negligence;
(three) after the fire broke out, the alarm was stopped, or the person in charge of the report failed to call the police in time;
(four) disturbing the order of the fire scene, or refusing to carry out the command of the fire scene commander, which affects the fire fighting and rescue;
(5) Deliberately destroying or forging a fire scene;
(six) unauthorized unpacking or use of places and parts sealed up by fire rescue agencies.
