The relevant matters of service management are hereby notified as follows:

First, take the initiative to fulfill reporting obligations. Where the floating population in Hangzhou, should be in accordance with the "Regulations" residence registration of floating population in Zhejiang province for residence registration. Fourth, investigate and deal with illegal acts in strict accordance with the law. For landlords, employers, intermediaries and floating population who refuse to cooperate with communities (villages) and public security organs to carry out the investigation and management of floating population and rental housing, and fail to fulfill their reporting responsibilities as required, public security organs will deal with them according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment, Regulations on Residence Registration of Floating Population in Zhejiang Province, Measures for the Administration of Residence Rental Housing Registration in Zhejiang Province and other relevant laws and regulations.
