Guangzhou decoration time regulation

Legal analysis: Guangzhou has its own special regulations: 12:00- 14:00 and 19:00-7:00 are not allowed to engage in noisy decoration. Generally speaking, in Guangzhou, if it is a renovated residential building, the default time for renovation construction is usually 8: 00 am-noon 12: 00 pm and 2:00-6:00 pm on weekdays. Some residential properties require construction at 9: 00 am or afternoon 10, and some residential properties allow silent and tasteless operation on weekends and legal holidays, subject to Guangzhou residential property regulations. If office decoration, shopping malls and other public areas are decorated, the time allowed for decoration construction will be different. Some properties in Guangzhou stipulate that the decoration time is weekend and night decoration, and silent and tasteless work can be carried out during daytime working hours. The main purpose is not to hinder the operation of other companies and shops. There are also many properties that are not allowed to be renovated during the day, and only limit the time to enter the market in the morning and rest at noon. Construction is allowed at night, weekends and holidays, which is different from residential buildings. Legal basis: Article 47 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution should limit the operation time and take other effective measures to reduce and avoid the environmental noise pollution to the surrounding residents when carrying out indoor decoration activities in residential buildings that have been completed and delivered for use.
