Appendix 4 (Appendix 2) of the contract shows that the building is of reinforced concrete structure, with 25 floors underground 1 floor and above ground. When the house is actually inspected, there are 2 floors underground. Before the sale, the sales contract has been appraised by relevant departments, and the seller digs it privately, which has significant security risks. The seller violated the construction rules and the contract, and asked the developer to rectify and backfill. This house has major design defects. The four buildings are north-south, and each building has an outdoor safe passage corridor, all facing north. The plot is near the lake, which is stronger than other geographical environments under the change of climatic conditions. When it is windy, rainy and snowy in four seasons, the outdoor corridor is easy to freeze and the snow is slippery. Moreover, the drain is too small, and the accumulated water will flow backward into the home, into the strong and weak wells, and into the elevator shaft, and the safety risks are always there.

The seller cut down the "ladder" in the middle during the construction, so that two family members in the middle had to take the elevator through the outdoor corridor. Hanging the corridor at high altitude outdoors also has great hidden dangers, which is a sword hanging over the owner's head.
