Brief Introduction of Dahua 1935 Project

Dahua 1935 project was rooted in Chang 'an Dahua Textile Factory and put into production on 1935. It inherits the precious remains of modern industrial civilization and integrates the comprehensive functions of modern cities. It is positioned as a multi-functional, multi-cultural and multi-consumption cultural commercial mall covering Dahua Museum, small theater clusters, cultural and art centers, boutique hotels, specialty restaurants, shopping blocks and other urban life.

Dahua 1935 project is invested, operated and managed by Anjiajiang Dahua Culture and Business Operation Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xi 'an Qujiang Daming Palace Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. The project is located at No.251South Antaihua Road, covering an area of about 140 mu, with a total construction area of about 87,000 square meters and a total investment of 782 million yuan.

Dahua 1935 is a comprehensive commercial supporting project of Daming Palace National Heritage Reserve. It aims to improve the city function of Daming Palace, enrich the city connotation, enhance the city taste, create the city highlights, optimize the city services, and build a cross-border cultural business center with the theme of industrial heritage protection, which integrates fashion, food, culture, leisure, entertainment, shopping, tourism and other comprehensive consumption. The architectural scheme of Dahua 1935 project was designed by China architect Cui Kai. The scheme design of the project combines the original architectural features of different periods from 1930s to 1990s with the functions of modern cities to the greatest extent, retains the original features such as serrated skylight and steel triangular structure factory building, integrates fashionable design elements and modern new materials, and combines beautiful lighting design to realize the perfect integration of architecture, landscape and surrounding environment.
