In practical work, as long as it is the owner's business, no matter what, as long as the owner responds, we must deal with it, handle it and solve it. For example, if the owner is drunk and kneeling on the ground, the security guard will help him go home; There is a snake in the garden of the community, ask the security guard to catch it; Children's scooters and bicycles are missing (accidentally left behind), call the security guard to find them; Or, simply let the security guard watch the video and pay attention to the whereabouts; There is a leak upstairs, the water in the room runs against the gas, the upstairs is too noisy, who threw a bag of things in the lobby (the security guard went to see it, it was a bag of garbage), the parking space was occupied, the elevator smelled of urine, the elevator was trapped, and so on. In a word, security is an all-round 24-hour life, and you can't refuse it.

Judging from these circumstances, from the identity of the owners, this is their right and the service they should enjoy. Your safety and property should be accepted.

In the eyes of some owners, security guards are gatekeepers. To put it mildly, it's a watchdog. If anything happens, ask the dog first. I'll starve you for three days and slap you a few times, haha. In normal times, as a master, he always shows his identity. In front of the security guard, you are confident. Even the elderly can't afford a sense of security. I always feel that security guards are a group of lazy people. Since they are lazy, who can respect them? I will only call you worthless in my heart. Promising people, who will be the security guard?

There is a man in his sixties who often comes out early in the morning. I put headphones in my ear, and then I wandered back, looked at you with my eyes and motioned for you to open the door for him. On one occasion, the gentleman held out his right hand and made an invitation gesture. I am not stupid, but I know I should open the door for him. Well, I cooperated with his gentleman behavior and raised my hand to press the switch to let him in. Later, when I saw him coming back, I left on purpose. He didn't call me either. I glanced at him secretly and saw him go to the door, pound out the key and open the door by himself. The keys are connected in a string, and judging from his action of knocking on the keys, it shows that the keys are always with him. I scolded, old bald donkey, why did you let me open the door with a key? ! But in his view, if you don't enjoy the rights and interests, you feel uncomfortable, and security doesn't have to be used in vain, right?

There are not a few owners who don't take the initiative to open the door with the key and wait for your security guard to open it. Of course, we always take the initiative to help those who have things in their hands. Refers to those owners who leave empty-handed, even with keys in their hands, watching you and waiting for you to open the door for them without opening the door first, so as to show his identity and demeanor as a master. This kind of person is particularly disgusted.

An unpleasant thing happened with the owner when I was on duty recently.

Shortly after noon 12, a visitor came to a room, female, in her thirties and forties. Judging from her clothes, she also looks like a city resident.

The visiting woman said, go to 18 building.

I said 18 building is in the first phase, at the south gate. This road is the north gate, which is far away.

The visiting woman was already impatient and screamed, why bother? They used to be free to come in and out. Said I deliberately made things difficult for her. That cold face makes me feel hostile. After the foreman came over, I gave him a general description. After that, he went to the hostess's house. After understanding, I have done nothing wrong. It is the woman who is arrogant and unreasonable. The foreman told me in the work group that I operated correctly and there was no uncivilized language, and I was rewarded with 50 yuan.

This incident reflects that many owners do not understand, support or cooperate with our security work.

In their view, all the people who come to their home are friends and relatives. Let them in. Register and make phone calls, and don't embarrass others. In short, it is too much trouble. I feel that our security guards are incompetent, single-minded and rigid.

However, some owners understand that visitors to his home must be approved by him before they can be released.

If we put tourists who are not welcomed by the host or even refuse to visit, we will be blamed by the security guard: why not register and call to verify?

Among the owners, some owners reported that the security guards only knew how to play mobile phones, and people did not even lift their heads after passing by. Immediately, the supervisor sent screenshots to the security working group, warning everyone to play less mobile phones, prevent visitors, and verify and register.

In this case, I told the supervisor that it was the owner who let us loose, and it was also the owner who asked the registration to say that we were in trouble and blamed us for making things difficult. I don't even know what to do. I said, it's right to let them in and out freely. Otherwise, I would be a fool to do it myself. The supervisor said it was still strict.

I said, if the host scolds us, we'll have to suffer.

The supervisor said that in our line of work, we must be able to withstand pressure.

I just laughed. Is this called compression resistance? I think this is a slap in the face, and I don't think my pressure is here.

I replied, you know, the owner and the security guard are equal. The implication is that the leaders are blaming the owners and making the security guards suffer.

After talking to the foreman, the foreman said that the owner bought the house and felt that he was great, so he looked down on us.

In the eyes of the owner, we raised your security guard. We paid the money and the property management fee.

However, our security guards are paid by going to work and working normally. Although the money is paid by the owner, there is no problem of raising it. If you want to raise it, you might as well calculate it. Every household pays 200 yuan's property management fee on average every month, which is spread equally among the security guards' monthly salary, but it is only 200%. With such a little treatment, why should we be servants and butlers? Why treat the security guard as a slave and pose as a slave owner?

Speaking of roots, I still take safety too lightly.

But it doesn't matter. As the owner, you can not pay the property fee at all. Why did you hand it in? Because if you don't pay, you can't. You paid so little money and enjoyed too much. Take enjoying our security service as an example. I would say that you have accumulated virtue. It is not good to dislike us. You can support us without paying. You can live in a villa or a more advanced place. But someone will hire it, but it will never be as cheap as a security guard.

Many things, our management is targeted. The problems are all the owners' fault. Without management services, the owners are afraid that they will go their own way and the community will be in chaos.

Because of the low value and limited ability created by security, the social status of security is determined and placed at the bottom. In people's eyes, the sense of security is negligible. Just like air, people ignore it. Like grass, you can trample it at will. In short, when it comes to safety, you don't think of a tree or a building. On the contrary, if you are Ma Yun, if you are the Prime Minister, if you are Liu Yifei or Aaron Kwok, you will definitely be the first to rush, and you will get a quick look. You're not. You're a security guard. If you have nothing to do, just play a small role.

This is a common understanding. Then why are you weak? The weak often reminds people of a sentence: Angry at their indisputable, sad at their misfortune. It is also appropriate to use this word to describe safety.

Who is the security guard?

In order to simplify the narrative and remove the pertinence, there are no examples. As one of them, who is the security guard? I know it all too well.

There are bachelors among the security guards, in their thirties and forties, who are still unmarried. Forgive me for using the word bachelor. In the secular context, it is not a good word. Objectively speaking, this is a problem in modern society. In the 1970s, including the 1980s and 1990s, it was not difficult to find a partner. Those ordinary people who are farmers now, as pimps, pawns, leading cars and selling pulp, still have families, wives and children, enjoying family happiness and living. Not all bachelors nowadays are shameless. It can't be said that they are all worse than the above, which leads to the failure to marry a wife. Not all of them. This is a helpless group, a sad group, or an angry group. Ability is a reason, and personality is a reason. The change of social environment and people's values is also an important reason.

Not only bachelors, but also abandoned wives. This statement is inappropriate, or at least inaccurate. Divorce is nothing new, it is the freedom of modern people. Many divorces are initiated by women. I'm afraid we can write a book about this problem. A woman with children, an incomplete family. Of course, there are also divorced men.

Men, women and children in normal families belong to the middle-aged ladder, and many of them come to be security guards.

As far as age is concerned, most security guards are between 30 and 50 years old. In fact, young people in their twenties don't do much in this line, and even if they do, they won't do it for a long time. Most of them are middle-aged, with no skills, and they have to find jobs because of the real pressure. There are not a few people who support their families on the meager salary of security guards, because in cities, the security team is not small.

Also, it is because the body is somewhat incomplete. My finger was sawed off in the factory before, so I came to work as a security guard because other jobs were hard to find. Or what disease, of course, is not an infectious disease, but some chronic diseases, so I can't do heavy work and have to be a security guard. In fact, examples like this belong to a few.

You will find that many security guards have a good image. At least you have good facial features, or people with strange necks won't want to apply.

Mainly because I don't have other skills, I have to find a job. In the city, you have to work. Otherwise, it will only starve to death, not to mention ideals and enjoyment.

There is also inertia. As is usually said, the security guard is not motivated. People are lazy, seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages. Go where it's good for them. Do what is good for you. Comfortable environment, people can easily fall into it. Forget or not think, there are other worlds out there. Even if I know, I don't want to be afraid to go out. Some people are still working as security guards after a year or three. Doesn't that explain the problem? Some people become moonlight clan when they are young. Some people lament that time waits for no one. Some people wake up early and have their own goals. For example, if you save 30 thousand a year, you can buy one in three to five years, but without such a goal, you will never save enough money. The first bucket of gold is really just a dream. I hope I can win 5 million.

In normal work, some security guards are really outrageous. If you don't respect yourself, how can you make others respect you?
