Is Sun Yicheng Iron and Steel a State-owned Enterprise or a Central Enterprise?

According to the enterprise survey, Egang was founded in 1958, and its predecessor was Sun Yicheng Iron and Steel Plant. In 2004, the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission approved the joint reorganization with WISCO to become a holding subsidiary of WISCO Group, and 20 14 became a wholly-owned subsidiary of WISCO Group, a large central enterprise directly managed by the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

Sun Yicheng Iron and Steel Plant is located in Ezhou, on the south bank of the Yangtze River.
