Management department directly under the property management company

Property companies are generally managed by the property management department of the local real estate administration. At the county and city level, property companies are managed by the Housing Authority, and its government administrative department is the Housing Authority. The Housing Authority has a property department or property office, which is responsible for the supervision and management of property companies and property service management activities within its administrative area.

"Regulations on Property Management" Article 42 The competent price department of the people's government at or above the county level shall, jointly with the competent real estate administrative department at the same level, strengthen the supervision of property service charges. Forty-eighth real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall promptly handle complaints from owners, owners' committees, property users and property service enterprises in property management activities.
