Article 2 Property management services

Article 4 Rights and obligations of Party A

Article 5 Rights and Obligations of Party B

Article 7 Property management service fee

(1) Property management service fee

Article 8 Property service rooms

Within 30 days after the completion and acceptance of the property, Party A shall provide and hand over to Party B the property management service room which is not less than three thousandths to five thousandths of the total construction area of the project, and Party B shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance, and shall not buy, sell or mortgage it; No unit or individual may occupy or use it for other purposes.

Ninth property management acceptance transfer

Article 10 Liability for breach of contract

(2) If Party B violates the stipulations in Articles 5 and 6 of this contract and fails to achieve the agreed management objectives, Party A has the right to require Party B to rectify within five days. If Party B fails to rectify, Party A has the right to terminate the contract; If economic losses are caused to Party A, Party B shall pay economic compensation to Party A..

Article 12 Agreement on Force Majeure

Article 13 Dispute settlement

In case of any dispute during the performance of this contract, both parties shall settle it through consultation or apply to the property management administrative department for mediation. If negotiation fails, apply to Tianjin Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

Article 14 Annex to the Contract

(1) Both parties may supplement the terms of this contract and sign a supplementary agreement in writing, which has the same effect as this contract.

(2) The annexes to this contract are an effective part of this contract. The words filled in the blanks in this contract and its annexes have the same effect as the printed words.

Matters not covered in this contract and its annexes and supplementary agreements shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and rules of the state and this Municipality.

Article 15 Contract filing

(1) The original contract together with the supplementary agreement and annexes is in triplicate, one for each party and one for the record of the property management department, all of which have the same legal effect.

Article 16 Contract Liability and Its Entry into Force
