Reasons for the separation of Concorde New World and Cao Fang Garden

Concord New World and Fangcaoyuan are separated by two property management companies with different management methods. Cao Fang Garden and Concord New World were acquired by the same developer. The former is developed by itself, while the latter is developed by New World, a Hong Kong developer. The address of Concord New World is also named after Cao Fang Garden. In the early days, the two communities also used a garden, so this paper analyzes Cao Fang Garden and Concord New World as a whole.
