How to write the rental certificate

1. What information should be included in the rental certificate?

To apply for a residence permit, according to the relevant provisions of Article 4 of the Provisional Regulations on Residence Permit (the State Council Decree No.663), the contents of the residence permit include: name, gender, nationality, date of birth, citizenship number, photo of myself, address of permanent residence, residence address, certificate issuing authority and date of issuance. Therefore, when issuing the rental certificate, it should be in A4 paper format and indicate the landlord's name, the specific location of the house, the lessee's name, gender, nationality, date of birth, citizenship number and other information.

2. How to determine the format of the rental certificate?

Although the rental certificate needs to be applied on many occasions, it is only a common proof format, and there is no mandatory requirement on how to issue it by relevant laws. It can be written according to personal habits, or according to the specifications and requirements of the demand department, as long as it can be proved that the lease relationship between the landlord and the tenant and the relevant residence registration information can be clarified.

It is better to prove who will open the house.

For the housing certificate, it is best to issue the residence certificate by the community neighborhood Committee or police station with the right to register residence. The lessor does not have the qualification of residence registration, and the rental certificate issued by the landlord can only explain the lease relationship and has no legal authority and effect. If you need to handle related business, you'd better apply to the authority department for issuance.
