I. Application conditions

(1) Having China nationality;

Institutions directly under the city (prefecture) level and below mainly recruit college graduates. City (prefecture) level directly affiliated institutions (including units managed with reference to the Civil Service Law) set up plans 10%- 15% to recruit college student village officials who have expired their services and passed the examination, and the "three supports and one support" plan, The institutions directly under the county (district) level (including those managed by the Civil Service Law), such as the "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" and "College Students Volunteer Service for the West", take measures such as lowering academic qualifications, relaxing professional conditions, and not limiting working years and experience in hard and remote areas, and draw written test scores separately, in accordance with the requirements of the Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Examining and Recruiting Grassroots Civil Servants in Hard and Remote Areas.

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience refers to his working experience in party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations below the county level. The experience of working in military regiments and units below regimental level, the experience of retired soldiers in active service in the army, the experience of unemployed college graduates leaving school to participate in internships in college graduates' internship bases (grass-roots units) or participating in project research in enterprises and institutions can all be regarded as grassroots work experience. Those who apply for the central authorities and have worked in the city (prefecture) directly under the authority can also be regarded as grassroots work experience. Grassroots work experience's calculation time ends in 2020 10.

Servicemen, non-fresh graduates, on-the-job civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed with reference to the Civil Service Law are not allowed to apply.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from China * * * Party membership, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as the targets of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, civil servants who have been dismissed for less than five years, staff of organs (units) managed by referring to the Civil Service Law, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the examination.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the situations listed in Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions of employers with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close relatives as leading members.
