What measures can the owner take in violation of regulations in the decoration?

Property companies are not allowed to take rogue management measures and violate laws and regulations to cut off power and water supply, which is also illegal management. If there is a contradiction between the property management company and the owners and companies who violate the rules in decoration management, they should call the police in time and should not escalate the contradiction.
