Changhang New Village Community was built in the early 1980s. It belongs to the employee housing of four companies: Changhang, Port, Port Machinery and Lunbo. There are 33 buildings in the community, with 144 households, or about 1.900 households. In order to meet the needs of residents' vehicle parking and property office, the former Yangtze River Shipping Company built a brick-wood structure house with an area of about 680 square meters by using the open space between buildings, and it has been 40 years since then.
