This project consists of 1 5A office building (50 floors), 1 SOHO office building (26 floors), 1 business office building (38 floors) and 1 hotel (22 floors). The skirt building consists of 1~3 floors of shops and underground garages. Among them, the skirt shops are mainly arranged along the roads of four high-rise buildings, and the underground parking lot is divided into 2~4 floors underground.

The total land area of this project is 32,056.18m, and the building area is112m, in which the arcade area is 1644m and the total building area is 370 192m. The total floor area above ground is 26754 1m, of which 5A office building (office area 1 1430 1 m, commercial area 2546 m) and SOHO office building (SOHO office area 35659 m, commercial area) in Building 2. Business office in Building No.3 (business office area is 67622, total floor area 10265 1 m, including underground business 1942 m, underground business (entertainment) 2,637m, underground lobby 1# 225 m, underground food street 2,738m, underground.

Total investment of the project: The total investment of the project is estimated to be 654.38+0.8 billion yuan.

Construction period: the project is scheduled to start in August 20 12 and be completed in February 20 15, with a total construction period of 4 1 month.
