The competent department of the construction engineering company is the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (formerly the Construction Committee or the Construction Bureau), other competent departments and the Safety Supervision Bureau, which are responsible for production safety; Quality inspection station, responsible for engineering quality, etc. Maoming City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau is a component of Maoming Municipal People's Government, which is responsible for the construction management of the whole city. In order to further improve the construction work and better serve the social economy of our city, the main contents of the government affairs disclosure of our bureau are hereby announced as follows:

Main responsibilities of Maoming Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (1) To implement the principles, policies and laws and regulations of national construction management, study and formulate the principles, policies and relevant development strategic plans for urban and rural construction, engineering construction, construction industry, residential real estate industry, survey and design consulting industry and municipal public utilities construction, and guide their implementation and conduct industry management.

(six) to promote the development of the real estate industry, housing security for low-income families and the supervision and management of the real estate market. Responsible for the management of the city's real estate industry, formulate the development of the real estate industry, housing construction and housing security planning and industrial policies and supervise their implementation, guide the housing security work of low-income families in the city, put forward financial funds and construction land plans for policy-oriented affordable housing in conjunction with relevant departments and supervise their implementation. Manage the qualifications of enterprises and employees in the real estate industry, implement the management of real estate development and pre-sale of commercial housing, standardize the behavior of the real estate market, guide and supervise the registration of housing property rights and house demolition.

(seven) to undertake the responsibility of promoting the reform of the housing system and the supervision of the housing provident fund. To guide the reform of the city's housing system and be responsible for the examination and approval and management of urban housing subsidies.

(eight) responsible for the planning of various buildings and their ancillary facilities, urban municipal facilities and other construction projects; Guide the development and utilization of urban underground space.

(eleven) to manage foreign economic and technological cooperation and foreign affairs in the construction industry, and to guide enterprises to explore foreign construction markets and real estate markets.

(thirteen) responsible for gas management and safety supervision.
