Responsible for the management of the city's real estate industry, formulate the development of the real estate industry, housing construction and housing security planning and industrial policies and supervise their implementation, guide the housing security work of low-income families in the city, put forward financial funds and construction land plans for policy-oriented affordable housing in conjunction with relevant departments and supervise their implementation. Manage the qualifications of enterprises and employees in the real estate industry, implement the management of real estate development and pre-sale of commercial housing, standardize the behavior of the real estate market, guide and supervise the registration of housing property rights and house demolition.

(seven) to undertake the responsibility of promoting the reform of the housing system and the supervision of the housing provident fund. To guide the reform of the city's housing system and be responsible for the examination and approval and management of urban housing subsidies.
