Warm notice on strengthening the relevant provisions of housing lease management

Dear xx community residents:

According to the Opinions on Strengthening the Supervision and Management of Private Rental Owners (Trial) jointly formulated by the Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Personnel Bureau, the Municipal Supervision Bureau and the Municipal Office for Maintaining Stability and Comprehensive Management, individuals who engage in house leasing business within the scope of xx should consciously go through the contract registration or filing procedures at the lease management office where the house is located within 10 days after the lease relationship is established. If it fails to register or put on record within the time limit, the lease management department will impose a one-time fine of 20% of the total rent during the contract period, and recover the lease management fee, tax collection and late payment fee.

The lessor has the obligation to assist the relevant departments in the comprehensive management of social security. After the establishment of the lease relationship, the lessee shall be urged and assisted to register the lessee's information with the comprehensive management authority of the rental house within 3 days.
