3. If an agent is entrusted, the identity certificate and power of attorney of the agent shall be provided;

4. The bank shall submit relevant payment materials for electricity deduction.

5. For projects that occupy public places in residential areas, such as residential parking lots, it is also necessary to provide a consent for the construction of charging infrastructure issued by the owners' committee or the property.

6. If only the parking space is rented, provide the parking space owner's consent materials, the owner's identification materials, the electricity bill guarantee and the customer's statement.

Customer statements include:

(1) declare that I legally rent the house;

(2) Declare that the electricity charges generated by the house shall be borne by the lessee himself;

(3) A statement that if the power supply enterprise can't contact the lessee, it agrees that the owner of the house or the original house leasing enterprise will go through the relevant cancellation or renaming transfer procedures at the power supply enterprise.

Note: If the civil air defense parking space is installed, the property owner will issue the property right certificate or the customer will provide the use certificate of the civil air defense parking space.

The required materials shall be provided with the original and 1 copy, which shall be verified by the customer to be consistent with the original and signed, and the customers of enterprises and institutions shall sign the copy and affix their official seals. When handling business, resident customers need to sign the Power Consumption Business Sheet for confirmation, and customers of enterprises and institutions must affix their official seals to the Power Consumption Business Sheet.
