Property owners, management units and property service enterprises in rental houses around the country shall regularly organize fire fighting and emergency evacuation drills, conduct fire safety inspections, and maintain and manage fire control facilities and equipment. Rental housing must meet fire safety standards and requirements, ensure smooth evacuation routes and safety exits, be equipped with fire extinguishers and other facilities and equipment, and the installation and wiring of electrical products meet relevant standards, encourage the popularization and installation of independent fire alarm detectors and simple sprinkler devices, and strengthen fire safety duty at night for rental housing with more than 10 people. Schools should do a good job in fire safety self-examination, hidden dangers rectification and publicity and training, and strengthen student accommodation management.
