Main responsibilities of Guizhou Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development

(eight) responsible for the supervision and management of the province's construction industry. (eleven) to assume the responsibility of guiding the management of urban construction. To formulate policies, plans and guide the implementation of urban construction; To guide the construction, safety and emergency management of urban municipal public facilities; To formulate the development plan of scenic spots, and be responsible for the examination and approval, supervision and management of scenic spots; Organize and coordinate the declaration and management of natural heritage projects and natural and cultural dual heritage projects; Responsible for the protection, supervision and management of historical and cultural cities (towns and villages) in conjunction with relevant departments.

(fourteen) responsible for the supervision and management of housing provident fund.
