Which is more worth staying in, Gaby International Community or Freestyle Apartment?

Now I live in Gaby International Community. Some friends lived for free, and moved away after less than a month, saying that the environment was noisy at night and there were many cockroaches in the apartment, so they moved away. Now, the people who live with me in the Gaby international community are more valuable than those who live in the Gaby international community.
