But Yihai Garden has gone another way.

After full communication and consultation, the property submitted a written application for adjusting the property service fee to the owners' committee of Yijinyuan. After on-site registration and voting, it is agreed that the number of owners accounts for more than half of the total number, and the area of exclusive parts accounts for more than half of the total area. There are many elderly people in the community, and eating every day has become a problem.
