Who is the owners' committee?

The preparatory group of the community industry committee consists of 5- 13 owners' representatives, 1 representatives of the neighborhood office or the town people's government where the property is located, 1 representatives of the construction unit and other odd people.

Representatives of the owners of the preparatory group shall be jointly recommended by the owners and determined according to the ranking order of the recommended number; If the number of referees is the same, the ranking order can be decided by drawing lots.

Generally speaking, the owners' committee has two ways:

1, elected by the owners or owners' meeting, according to the Property Law, the Regulations on Property Management and relevant local measures.

2. For large-scale residential quarters, the owners first elect their own industry committees according to the buildings, and then the industry committees elect representatives to form a centralized industry committee; The Committee thus formed is mainly responsible for the management of buildings; The floor committee is responsible for the management of * * * in the building.

The owners' committee is elected by the owners' meeting, and consists of 5 to 1 1 person. Members of the owners' committee shall be the owners within the property management area and meet the following conditions:
