What are the procedures for the withdrawal of Jinan provident fund?
When employees purchase, build, renovate or overhaul occupied housing, the following certification materials shall be provided for the first extraction:
(a) the purchase of commercial housing, affordable housing, cooperative housing, self-occupied housing, etc., to provide a purchase contract or purchase agreement, purchase invoices;
(two) the purchase of dilapidated houses, provide the demolition agreement, purchase invoices;
(three) the purchase of second-hand housing, provide real estate license, deed tax payment certificate;
(four) the purchase of public residential buildings, provide the purchase agreement or purchase certificate and purchase receipt issued by the housing management department of the unit;
(five) overhaul, renovation of owner-occupied houses, provide the overhaul certificate and property certificate of the housing management or property department, detailed invoices for purchasing materials or invoices for expenses allocated to individuals;
(six) owner occupied housing, provide the planning, housing management departments of the homestead approval or building approval documents, purchase materials and other construction cost invoices.

According to Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal?
Workers who withdraw housing provident fund should give priority to repaying the principal and interest of housing provident fund loans.
Article 7 If employees purchase, build, rebuild or overhaul occupied houses without using housing loans, employees and their spouses may withdraw housing provident fund once a year, and the total amount of withdrawal shall not exceed the actual housing expenditure.
Article 8 Where employees purchase, build, renovate or overhaul their own houses and use housing loans, employees and their spouses can withdraw housing provident fund once every quarter and once a year under other circumstances if they purchase affordable housing and other policy-oriented housing with loans. The total withdrawal amount shall not exceed the actual housing expenditure (including loan principal and interest and down payment) incurred in the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of self-owned housing.
