According to the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws and regulations, combined with the characteristics of family room decoration project construction, on the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus, both parties have reached the following terms and conditions on the related matters of Party A's family room decoration project (hereinafter referred to as the project):
Article 1 General situation of the project

Article 3 Construction drawings

Article 4 Obligations of Party A
4. 1 Create conditions for Party B to enter the site for construction before commencement. Including: on the principle of not affecting construction, demolishing or stacking indoor furniture and furnishings, and covering indoor furniture and furnishings that are not easy to move;
4.2 Dismantle the original telephone equipment before construction; Provide water, electricity and gas during construction;
4.3 Responsible for coordinating the relationship between the construction team and the neighborhood;
4.4 It is forbidden to dismantle the indoor load-bearing structure. If it is necessary to dismantle or change the non-load-bearing structure of the original building or move the kitchen, bathroom and equipment pipeline, it shall be responsible for going through the corresponding examination and approval procedures with the relevant departments; According to the regulations of relevant departments, Party A has no right to ask Party B to move or change the heating and gas pipelines;
4.5 If Party A still needs to use part of the living room during the construction period, it shall be responsible for the safety and fire control of the construction site;
4.6 Participate in the supervision of project quality and construction progress, and be responsible for the material mobilization and completion acceptance.
Article 5 Obligations of Party B
5. 1 During construction, strictly implement the safety construction operation specifications, fire prevention regulations, construction specifications and quality standards, and complete the project with good quality on schedule;
5.2 Strictly implement the construction site management regulations, and do not disturb the people or pollute the environment;
5.3 Protect the furniture and furnishings of the original bedroom, and ensure that the upper and lower pipes of the bedroom are unblocked;
5.4 Ensure the cleanliness of the construction site and be responsible for the cleaning of the construction site after the project is completed;
5.5 Before Party A formally provides the approval documents of relevant departments, it is strictly forbidden to modify the main building, load-bearing structure, heating and gas pipelines. , otherwise it shall bear corresponding responsibilities;
5.6 Party B shall be responsible for the fines and compensation caused by Party B's violation of property management regulations during the construction period;
5.7 The designer of Party B is responsible for providing consulting, design, quotation and other related services to Party A. After the contract is signed, Party B shall appoint the project manager as the representative to implement the project construction. Party A shall contact Party B's project manager about the project to ensure the unified command and management of the project.
5.8 Party B shall calculate the engineering quantity as accurately as possible. On the premise of not increasing or decreasing the project and work content, the final settlement fee of Party B's construction part, except for hydropower transformation and procurement of main materials, shall not exceed 5% of the budgeted cost, and the part exceeding 5% shall be borne by Party B. ..
Article 6 Engineering changes
6. 1 If it is necessary to change the project and construction method, both parties shall reach an agreement through consultation, sign a design change book, and specify the relevant expenses and time limit of the project change, and any oral commitment or oral agreement shall be deemed invalid; Party A directly negotiates with Party B's on-site personnel to change the construction content, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by Party A;
6.2 After the contract is signed, Party A's project payment shall be deducted by more than 5% of the total project cost. Article 7 Provision of materials
7. 1 Materials and equipment provided by Party A; Party A shall notify Party B before the materials arrive at the construction site, and both parties shall accept and handle the handover procedures; If Party A fails to provide materials on time or the specifications and quality of materials do not meet the design requirements, thus delaying the construction period or affecting the project quality, Party A shall bear the responsibilities;
7.2 Materials and equipment provided by Party B; Party B shall notify Party A before the materials arrive at the construction site and accept the inspection of Party A; If the brand, specification and quality of the materials provided by Party B are inconsistent with the quotation, Party A has the right to refuse to use them, thus delaying the construction period or affecting the project quality, and Party B shall bear the responsibilities;
7.3 Party A shall determine the brand, specification, model or price standard of the materials, and Party B shall be responsible for purchasing them for Party A. The materials shall be transported to the construction site and can only be used after Party A's acceptance. The material purchase fee charged by Party B from Party A is material collection management fee (%of the material payment)+material transportation fee (determined according to the actual situation); If the construction period is delayed due to material quality problems, Party A shall bear the responsibility;
7.4 Unless otherwise specified in the contract, hardware (locks, handles, faucets, etc. ), stone, ceramic tile, equipment, sanitary ware, lamps, kitchen cabinets, switch sockets, etc. Purchased by Party A and delivered to the site on time; If Party B is required to purchase materials, the purchase fee and transportation fee of the purchased materials will be increased by%.
Article 8 Time limit for a project is delayed
8. 1 If the completion date is delayed due to the following reasons, the construction period will be postponed accordingly after being confirmed by Party A:
(1) engineering quantity change and design change;
(2) Force majeure;
(3) Other circumstances in which Party A agrees to postpone the construction period.
(4) The construction period delay caused by Party A's failure to attend the stage acceptance on time.
8.2 If the time limit for a project is affected by Party A's failure to complete the work it should be responsible for as agreed, the time limit for a project will be postponed; If the unqualified materials and equipment provided by Party A affect the project quality, the cost of rework shall be borne by Party A, and the construction period shall be postponed.
8.3 If the project cannot be completed on schedule due to Party B's material supply or construction reasons, the construction period will not be postponed; If there is any problem in the quality of the project due to Party B, the cost of rework shall be borne by Party B, and the construction period shall not be postponed.
Article 9 Quality standards
9. 1 Both parties agree that the construction quality of this project shall be accepted according to the following standards:

(3), other acceptance criteria:
9.2 In the process of construction, when both parties have disputes over the project quality:
(1), you can complain to Chengdu Consumer Association Family Decoration Complaint Center or Chengdu Architectural Decoration Association for mediation;
(2) If mediation is not accepted, it shall be appraised by an engineering quality inspection agency agreed by both parties, and the expenses and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the responsible party. Both parties have responsibilities, which shall be borne by both parties according to their respective responsibilities.
Article 10 Project Acceptance and Warranty
10. 1 Both parties agree to check and accept the project quality at the following stages in the construction process:
(1) Acceptance of concealed works;
(2) Completion acceptance.
Party B shall notify Party A of the acceptance two days in advance, and fill in the project acceptance form after passing the stage acceptance. If Party A fails to attend the acceptance on time after receiving the notice, Party B has the right to stop work and wait, and all delays and other losses caused to Party B shall be borne by Party A;
10.2 After the completion of the project, Party B will notify Party A for acceptance, and Party A will organize acceptance within two days after receiving the acceptance notice. If it fails, it will be deemed as approval.
10.3 After the acceptance of the project is qualified and the balance of the project is settled, Party B shall go through the handover procedures with Party A, and issue a project warranty form to Party A, and undertake the warranty responsibility for two years.
Article 11 Method of payment for project funds

1 1.2 After the acceptance of the project, Party B shall propose the project settlement to Party A within 2 days. If Party A has no objection within 2 days after receiving the information, it shall be deemed as agreement, and the balance of the project shall be settled at the same time.
1 1.3 Party A shall directly pay the project payment to Party B's finance department ... If losses are caused by Party A directly handing over the project payment to Party B's construction personnel, Party A shall bear the responsibilities.
Article 12 Liability for breach of contract
12. 1 If either party fails to perform the contract or violates national laws, regulations and relevant policies, the responsible party shall be responsible for compensating the fines or economic losses caused to the other party.
12.2 If Party A fails to handle the acceptance formalities or settle the final payment and fails to hand it over, if Party A uses the completed project in advance or uses it without authorization, it will be deemed that the project is qualified, and the losses caused thereby will be borne by Party A, and it will be deemed that Party A has automatically waived its warranty and maintenance rights, and Party B still has the right to recover the final payment;
12.3 if the contract cannot be continued due to one party's reasons, that party shall promptly notify the other party and handle the contract termination procedures, and the responsible party shall compensate the other party for 5% of the project cost as liquidated damages and other losses.
12.2 If the project quality fails to meet the quality standards agreed by both parties due to Party B, Party B shall be responsible for the repair, and the required repair expenses shall be borne by Party B, and the construction period shall not be postponed.
12.3 If the construction period is delayed due to Party A or Party B, the responsible party shall pay the other party 2‰ of the total project cost as liquidated damages for each day of delay.
Article 13 Settlement of Contract Disputes

Some specific provisions of Article 14

14.3 During the construction period, Party B shall comply with the management requirements of the residential property management department.

Article 16 Supplementary Provisions
