First, the social prevention and control management grid is further refined to communities, buildings and villagers' groups. Nine, all party member cadres, state staff, enterprises, institutions and mass organizations, cadres and workers should take the lead in prevention and control work, and manage their family members and relatives as required, drive their neighbors, assist the staff in the area to do a good job in propaganda and guidance, and go out less, do not visit, do not have dinner, and do not gather.
