5. The consultation rooms must be separated independently, with no more than two consultation rooms, and the construction area of each consultation room should not be less than 10 square meter.

6, must be equipped with tables, beds, stools and equipment and facilities to adapt to the development of diagnosis and treatment subjects.

7, formulate rules and regulations, personnel post responsibility system, medical technology operating rules formulated or recognized by the state, and a notebook is available.

Second, the handling department:

1. After meeting these conditions, apply to the local food and drug administration with districts and cities. Of course, you must first apply to the industrial and commercial department to keep the pharmacy name, that is, the pharmacy name, because the industrial and commercial department must pre-approve the pharmacy name when applying to the Food and Drug Administration.

2. After being accepted by the Food and Drug Administration, the pharmacy shall conduct on-site acceptance within the specified time, and issue a Drug Business License after passing the acceptance. At this time, the pharmacy can formally apply for a business license from the industrial and commercial department.

3. Approved pharmacies should apply for GSP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certification within the specified time, and the Food and Drug Administration will carry out GSP certification for the pharmacies that have been operated.

According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Medical Practitioners and the Regulations on the Management of Rural Doctors, individuals must register to practice medicine before they can apply for the Practice License of Medical Institutions, and they can start clinics only after being approved by the health administrative department.
