Where does the Zhuo Da community belong?

Zhuo Da Community was formally established on May 8, 20 13. It belongs to Jiyang District and covers an area of 705 mu. At present, it is the only demonstration community in Sanya focusing on the management of floating population. There are 8 * * * members of the two committees of Zhuo Da Community, including 4 cross-posts and 24 community * * * staff, including party member 15, party member 1 person and 23 residents' representatives. Our community adopts the model of sharing an office with various institutions. The office space is about 300 square meters, integrating office, conference, party member activity center, convenience service center, women's home, comprehensive mediation service station, civil affairs service station, comprehensive service station, population and family planning service station, employment service station and social security service station.

At present, the communities in Zhuo Da are Zhuo Da Oriental Bahama Community and Tongxin Home Phase V respectively. Zhuo Da Oriental Bahama Community is a quarterly management community, covering an area of 540 mu, with 5,293 households, with a population of about 9,600 in peak season and 3,000 in off season. Tongxin Jiayuan Phase V covers an area of 165 mu, with a total of 2,276 households. According to rough statistics, the total population of Zhuo Da community is about 1 10,000.
