Remember: stir evenly to ensure that the viscosity of the newly pasted rock wool board does not sag, and do not add too much water; Note that the polymer modified binder only needs clean water, and other additives and foreign substances such as cement, sand and antifreeze are not allowed; Note that the prepared binder should be used up within several hours, and expired ash is strictly prohibited; Be sure to clean the tools in time after work.

Inspection: Empirical observation shows that the mixed binder is uniform, in good condition, fresh and of appropriate consistency.

Step 3: The deviation of specifications and appearance dimensions of the selected rock wool board for interface treatment is within the specified range. Before the insulation board is bonded with adhesive, a surface treatment layer must be coated on the mineral wool board.

The method of surface treatment layer is as follows: the outer surface of rock wool board needs to be coated with a layer of adhesive with moderate thickness, and the construction of this mortar must be leveled with a stainless steel leveling scraper to embed cement into the fiber filaments of rock wool board. After the surface treatment layer is slightly dry, it can be ready for gluing.
