Xie Kai graduated from Macau University of Science and Technology with an MBA. He is currently the Secretary General of Guangzhou Property Management Association and the Vice President of Guangzhou Youth Industry Promotion Association. Member of the first management expert group of China, visiting professor of Shenzhen Training Center of the Ministry of Construction. Editor-in-chief of Building Property Management Practice, and published a series of papers on property management in national, provincial and municipal newspapers.
